Born and raised in a small country town in the usa, I knew from your young age which i wanted to travel and explore the planet. I used to be a rustic girl with a city heart, as well as the small capital of scotland - approximately 2500 people wasn't where my calling lied.
After earning a teaching degree I chose it had become time for a change. I wanted to travel outside of the US, so I began to explore opportunities available elsewhere for me personally. A couple weeks later I came across a great teaching position in Rome, Italy.
I had been hired for your position which would start at the start of the brand new school year. I began making preparations and before I knew it the time had come that i can board a jet and begin a fresh life in this fantastic country. It was something which was eagerly anticipated but still nerve wrecking.
I�m often asked things i like about teaching in Italy. This is simply not a simple question to resolve. It isn�t i do not like anything about teaching in Italy; you will find quite a few things that I enjoy about this to merely select one. This can be, by far, the most amazing experience that i've ever been part of.
Obviously my paycheck is a thing which i love also. Working with a top university in Rome, my pay is way greater than what I would have present in America. I prefer to go to work and see those paychecks!
But, to enjoy a job you need to love greater than the paycheck, and that i know i truly love everything about working as an instructor within Italy. My students encourage me in a lot of ways. They've created simple to use to wind down, unwind and feel as tho
